Our Thailand Retreat is approaching fast with less than 2 months left. We are excited to have a great group of people together joining us from different corners of the world like Australia, the UK, USA, Germany and The Netherlands. We look forward to a week packed with Bikram Yoga, gourmet meals, raw food demonstrations, plenty of time to relax and recharge with Bikram Yoga teacher Naomi Clark and teacher Andy Jacobs. | |
If you can’t wait until then or would just like to try a delicious raw food meal at home check out Naomi’s latest invention; Delicious Kale & Pear Salad. Massage kale with lemon juice, olive oil, Himalayan pink salt. Chop in pears & sundried tomatoes & finely sliced celery, mix in sprouted seeds, linseeds, Klamath Lake blue green algae, pepper, cumin, fresh cut coriander, fresh cut dill. Dice avocado, leave it to soak in lemon juice so it doesn’t go brown. Let kale sit for as long as possible, add avocado when ready to serve, mix well and sprinkle with sumac. Yum! Burp! | |
